This place was just amazing! Location wise it was about 40-60 min drive from Chiang Mai airport, and it’s up a winding roads. But with that, you get to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Was there for 4 nights which is quite unusual as we were told that people are usually there for 1-2 nights. Thoroughly enjoyed the calmness, and staff’s hospitality was impeccable. I ordered some mangoes during one meal, and they remembered it after! Onsen was a must do on a daily basis, and they have a strawberry farm just next door. There’s nothing much within walking distance other than small basic provision shop but if you want a getaway that is relaxing and peaceful, then this is the place for you!

酒店位於Moncham山上，距離機場1小時車程，今次旅程專誠去感受一下冬天的清邁及賞花，知道Onsen的房型及酒店內的環境是日式設計，裡面更提供了溫泉浸浴，園區內有不同的小動物，看見牠們生活得很寫意，令我們非常有興趣到訪一遊，我們是年廿九到年初三在Onsen逗留了3日2夜，令我們最驚喜的是Mi Zu餐廳的氣氛很好，尤其晚餐時份，多數客人也在餐廳進食，很熱鬧，特別感謝Chef, Vee, Art 及 Naam的殷勤招待，他們每位也非常熱情款待客人，也經常與我們互動，令我們有溫暖窩心的感覺，另外也感謝spa為我按摩的Nee, 她很用心為我按摩，力度很適合，按的位置很準確，令我差不多要睡著了。對Onsen的印象非常好，特別推薦秋冬到訪👍💕

非常值得來的一家日式溫泉酒店，服務到位，衞生乾淨，環境優雅。印象最深的是泡溫泉：可以混泡，也可以單獨泡，有私密性。酒店餐廳不錯，選擇的食物很多。吃得滿意，順口，舒服。還會再來。

We stayed at Onsen Moncham as a couple and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and generous. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room to the best category free of charge - we are very grateful for this gesture. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning surroundings and outstanding rooms that are both spacious and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the onsen area, where we could enjoy a private soak in several different pools and baths. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind. Thank you to everyone at Onsen Moncham for making our stay so special! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai

숙소가 너무 예뻐서 한국 후기가 없음에도 예약해서 다녀왔어요. 사진대로 숙소 예쁘고 온천 좋았는데 위치가.. 정말 렌트 아니면 갔다오기 힘드네요. 볼트로 편도 350바트 정도 찍히지만 기사들이 1000바트 주는거 아니면 안간다고 다 캔슬.. 1000바트 주고 숙소 와서 체크아웃하고 택시잡는데 일단 주변에 택시가 한대도 없어서 절대 못잡구요 직원들에게 도움 요청해서 숙소차로 시내오는데 1500바트 줬어요.. 1시간 정도 걸리는데 한국돈으로 65,000원이면 엄청나게 비싼느낌.. 또 근처에 식당이 전혀없어서 숙소내에 레스토랑에서 저녁을 먹었는데 메인메뉴와 콜라를 주문했고 물 줄까? 라고 물어봐서 무료인줄 알았는데 계산할때 보니 물값만 240바트네요.. 그리고 숙소 안에 모기 10마리 이상은 기본으로 있어요 산속이라 어쩔수없긴한데 시설은 좋지만 바가지 엄청쓰고간 기분이네요….

我4月來過一次，住了2天，便愛上這個飯店，這次我生日，本想住三晚，最候留下來住了五晚，這樣大家便可知道我多喜歡這裡，早上餵魚，下午散步，晚上喜溫泉，心靈真的很平靜，過的很清鬆，我不知道我下次何時會再來，不過我住這幾天每個服務人員看到我都認識，我覺得很溫暖親切，
