Very disappointing experience. The photos online are very different from reality. I booked the Dome 2 room with a shower tub and view, but the tub was outside on the balcony with almost no privacy. There was only a thin curtain and a main road nearby, so people could see. There was also no hot water and the water pressure was very weak—it took almost 2 hours to fill the tub. The service was poor. Reception was often empty and we had to call them for help. No one helped us carry our heavy luggage, even though the room was far and the road was rough. There was also a language barrier, and communication was difficult. Housekeeping was bad—no daily cleaning, and towels, tissues, and water were not replaced. Breakfast was very basic (only fried rice and bread) and didn’t taste good. Overall, not recommended.

Rai Sauyang -peaceful and beautiful natural environment. The room and cleanliness were acceptable. The staff were helpful, though better English communication would greatly enhance the overall service.
