入住便捷性：偏僻，不好打車。需要提前預約非常麻煩，打不車前台可以幫忙叫車。機場到這需要1個小時到路程。 衞生：比較原生態，有很多螞蟻和蚊子 環境：酒店亮點就是有一頭大象。小木屋都很精緻，但空間不大。推薦住一晚，附近沒有任何飯店和便利店。 服務：前台不會中文溝通起來比較麻煩

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable, memorable, and enjoyable. The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and clearly cared for, which added greatly to the overall experience.
 While the property is a bit more expensive than some alternatives, we found it to be well worth the cost. The quality of service, accommodations, and unique experiences provided excellent value.
 We are sorry that we couldn't get an elephant morning wake up call. I feel sad for the few people that complain and make life difficult for others and also for the elephants. I think the elephant enjoyed waking up humans. We were delighted to see a pair of Northern Thailand reindeer, which was an unexpected treat.
 We are already looking forward to returning and were genuinely sad to leave. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others seeking a unique and memorable stay.

One of our favourite stays, hotel staff gave us a warm welcome and were very attentive throughout the stay. Location was good for seeing Mae Kampong and the nearby areas. They didn’t have car hire, instead they would run you to Mae Kampong and back for 600 baht. The rooms were nice and comfy and the included wind down massage was a god send after being on our feet all day. Overall a really good choice and very well valued considering the service. Would highly recommend
