Location is good in the prime location next to bus stand. but the property Maintenance and staff behavior can be improved. don't take it with breakfast not worth the cost

The entrance was not visible, very dull no lights, dark and gloomy. Room was poorly lighted and very dirty. Washroom was worse with stains, used razor as well as dirty towel. Even after several cleaning requests, no cleaning was done. Unprofessional behavior and worst customer service was very disappointing.

Not value for money. We paid but it was not worth more than 2.5k in comparison to other hotels. Breakfast buffet starts around 7.30 am but until 8 am there were only 4-5 items. Even there were no waiters during this time. Also, first they gave us an interconnected room which was not very clean. Smoking smell started coming because of which we requested for a room change. The new room was also in a similar state. Not clean and not maintained well. Overall a very bad and forgettable experience.

Room was not ready while arrival. Balcony full of cigarette buds. pillow, bedsheets not changed. Need to request often for basic needs. 🦟 are lot to disturb our sleep.

vivanta s Dining is perfect,Taste and quality of the food is value for money. very helpful room service and they maintaining the time punctuality to serve the foods to the room very quickly 😊 it's a good stay the rooms are very luxury

We booked our room in advance. When we reached there almost 2hours after check in time .room wasn’t ready.bathroom didn’t have soap towels anything. Door was broken.service was very poor

I recently stayed at your property, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I would like to bring the following concerns to your attention: 1. Rat in the room: we couldn’t sleep the entire night due to a rat moving in the room. Despite requesting a room change in the morning, no action was taken to address this issue. 2. Non-functional lift: the lift malfunctioned twice during our stay, and we were stuck inside, which was distressing and unsafe. 3. Staircase safety: some staircases lack railings, posing a significant safety risk for both children and adults. 4. Non-functional telephone: the room telephone was not working, making it inconvenient to contact reception. 5. Basic amenities: even for essentials like water, towels, and soap, we had to visit the reception multiple times to request them. 6. Bathroom issues: the bathroom taps were leaking, adding to the discomfort. This experience was far below expectations, and it left us feeling that our money was completely wasted. Considering the severity of the issues and the inconvenience caused, we request a refund as compensation for our terrible experience. We hope to hear from you promptly regarding this matter.

Both make my 訂房網站 and hotel scamming people here. There are a lot of issues related to my stay like cleanliness, staff service, safety , I have raised all these to MMT but MMT also didn't take any action. When I reached the Hotel they said your booking was cancelled , it was totally shocking and more shocking when MMT didn't take any action. Please don't book this hotel , you will really regret it. And the worst part is MMT didn't take any action.

Very bad experience. Hotel check in staff was not hospitable and sounded doubtful of our booking both while checking in and check out. Breakfast was terrible and staff was not helpful to refill food. Needs lot of improvement in customer management
