Average budget hotel but clean and Close to temple. Food is good. walkable restaurants. overall experience is good i think considering near by hotel this one is good. many foreigners also stays here

The room did not meet the required standards. Even bed sheet was so dirty. Bathing towel have more stain marks & doesn't look like white towel. Overall spending is not worth. Normally looks like lodge. Overall not satisfied.

I was assigned a room that reeked of cigarette smoke, despite being labeled as a non-smoking room. The bedsheets hadn’t been changed and were stained. I requested a room change and was moved to a second one, where the ac fan was making a loud, disturbing noise. The kettle in the room wasn’t working, and when i asked for a replacement, i received one that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was first brought in. The bathroom was clogged, and the water drained extremely slowly. For the price, i was expecting much better room quality and service. Over priced, do not go for it, if it's more than 2k

Rooms were not clean. Linens were dirty. Bathroom was not clean with an old and dirty bucket. Room service terrible. Also the distance from temple is 3 km and not 1. 2 km also mosquitoes were there. And language problem is always there

No proper service, room was at 3 rd floor and lift not working, at least 3 times need to call for one work, very late response, even for check out we called up 4 times at reception for luggage pickup, food was good

Good location near railway station and bus terminal. A nice place to stay at Madurai. they have a good restaurant. location is less crowded... even though within the city
