My 2 year old kid, my pregnant wife, mother in law and me ; all got food poisoning by eating at the hotel restaurant. My kid lost weight and we noticed cockroach in food. It’s pathetic . Won’t book this hotel ever again not recommend to anyone. My life was hell for a week to recover all. Everyone was on antibiotics. Thanks for the hotel management as they did nothing about it and not even apologies.

a/c wasnt working at capacity. it was very feeble. had to turn on fan to sleep. hotel mechanic told thats how it works when there is less occupancy !!

This is a vintage hotel in the heart of the city 10 min from temple and other main attractions. The age shows but staff and service is very nice and they do their best to maintain it well. Adjoining food options are good, and hotel provides good south indian breakfast in their own restaurant.

Rooms were ok & bathrooms were average. But improper service like ac was not working even after paying for ac rooms. Overall average experience.

I have been staying with this hotel since 2014. Nice spacious room but washroom and towel, linen quality needs to be improved. It's not dirty but neither fresh also. Not sure if the rooms allocated makemy訂房網站 customer are not upto the mark
