Booked for family king size room , but given with queen size bed and inconvenient space for family . Staff a lady at the counter was speaking very rude that it’s an error in website and no proper explanation was given for the change of beds

Good hotel and very close to the temple. Location is best room is ok service is ok staff overall was good but can be improved

The best part of the hotel is it is exactly opposite to the meenakshi temple. Rooms are too small. No windows and no ventillation. Staffs were helpful.

Overall very poor experiece with makemy訂房網站, i have told to cancel one room, they have put me on hold for 15 minutes and finally said it will be confirmed thru email, but nothing has happend, finally the second room was not cancel-led and i paid it. I will never suggest makemy訂房網站 to anyone

Stay was right in front of temple west gate, and it was a decent stay place, but the room provided to us doesn’t even have a window in it, apart from that it’s good
