El lugar está muy bien ubicado, en todo el centro de Madrid y es muy facil de llegar. Los chicos de recepción son muy amables y siempre estarán dispuestos a colaborar. Cuando llegué, me recibieron mi maleta antes del check in sin problemas. Su cocina está bien equipada y de seguro podrás disfrutar demasiado de Madrid si te hodpedas acá! Tranquilos, todas las imágenes que ponen corresponden👌

チェックイン前は荷物を預かってもらえます。また、夜行バスや深夜便で到著した際にも、チェックイン前にはトイレとシャワーを使うことができました。ただ、部屋が狹いのとベッドが少し窮屈なので、値段相応と行ったところです。

The best hostel I have ever experienced in Madrid. Everything is so near. Strategic location and super easy to commute. The lady staff is extremely friendly and sweet. She is always taking care of the cleanliness of the hostel. The beds and Washrooms are clean. Kudos to HC Callao team. Highly recommended and i will definitely come back for my next summer holidays. Mucho gracias!

Llegué al hostal teniendo mi reserva hecha desde hace días y me dijeron que estaban llenos, lo cual me parece vergonzoso. Después de un viaje largo y llegar cansada al hostal, tuve que seguir caminando para ir a otro hostal en el que me reubicaron (Motion Chueca Hostel) que ni siquiera tenía cocina y tuve que tirar comida que me había llevado para cocinar.

La recepcionista venezolana que dice ser la encargada atiende de una manera despota, grita, es terca, pésima atención, no pasamos la noche porque se altero tanto que cuando le dijimos que revise nuestra reserva que finalmente nos devolvió el dinero. Deberían cambiar a esa señora, trata mal a la gente.

It's located in the city but really hard to find the entrance! Room is so small and bed made noisy so easily if you move just little, it made sounds. There is no lockers, shower room is so small, only two toilets and wash basin is only one. If you care about that, you shouldn't stay here.

El chico que atiende en la noche es súper atento y muy amable, pero la señora que está durante el día es muy amargada y no es agradable. Las instalaciones huelen mal, los colchones son incómodos pero tiene muy buena ubicación
