酒店位置是沒話説的 在馬德里老城區 方圓3公里都適合city walk 酒店和客房很漂亮 精緻 裝置材料也很有品味 酒店自帶米其林餐廳 早餐豐盛 每天可以換著想法 請廚師定做雞蛋料理 唯一扣分就是衞生間水斗設計 使用時很容易把水濺到外面 我這次連住了8天 酒店還送了歡迎禮 很貼心了

일주일간 투숙한 SuperB 객실은 넓고 좋은데 코트야드뷰? 가든뷰는 무조건 피해야함. 새벽부터 들려오는 식당 셋업소리 달그락거리고 쨍그랑 깨지고 새벽 6시에 단잠을 깨우고 저녁에는 거을 매일밤 12시까지 음악소리때문에 잘못잤다는….이것만 아니었으면 완벽했을텐데…그 창문을 방음창문으로 바꾸는거 추천해요. 호텔 자체는 이쁘게 잘해놨음

太糟糕的酒店！半夜進房兩次，在我們反鎖門的情況下，居然刷卡進來兩次。在睡夢中驚醒兩次，把人嚇壞了一晚上沒睡好。過了幾天無意看刷卡記錄，居然發現酒店在凌晨一點多刷走了202歐元。如果不是被發現了，這筆錢就損失了。訂房網站也沒個説法，一句扣錯了就了事。

this hotel has no security! My backpack was stolen by a thief right in the hotel lobby while I was talking to the front desk agent. I was standing right at the Front Desk and have just signed my registration card. My backpack was resting on top of my carry-on case next to me. I turned away to talk to the front desk agent, and when I turned back to my bags, my backpack was gone. The hotel CCTV caught an image of the thief who was very fast to snatch my bag. He could not be identified as he was wearing a broad rimmed hat. I can't help but think tht this thief knows his way around the hotel public area and the cameras. Everything was gone - backpack, mobile phone, credit cards, passport and ID cards, cash, books, shawl, and everything that I usually travel with. The hotel has too many entrances and exits and no security guard on duty. I was stuck in Madrid and the hotel for a week to get temporary travel documents but the security never improved while I was there. the elevators did not require a passkey to activate. The staircases were wide open. There were no guards at the muliple entrances and exits, Would I ever go back again? No! Would I recommend any security-conscious traveler to stay? No!
