馬德里查馬丁酒店-由美利亞管理 (Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá)

雖然門前顯示有個大坑，但值得推薦： 交通便利，查馬丁地鐵及火車站附近， 早餐豐盛，對於出差的人早餐很重要 衞生不錯，實際比酒店宣傳圖要新 房間不小，比歐洲大部分酒店大多了。 相對於三星，我願意給四星。

很不錯的酒店，床很大，房間也很大。酒店唯一不方便的地方就是台階多，拎個大行李箱可能不太方便。

房間寬敞明亮，很乾凈，很好！

還行，隔音差點

酒店服務態度比較好，早餐比較豐富，旁邊有另外一家大的查馬丁酒店注意不要走錯了。 酒店比較舊了，旁邊還有塊荒地，住著不是很舒服。

No entiendo porqué tengo que valorar una estancia que no he disfrutado. Lo que puedo valorar es la política de cancelación. Debido a un problema en Chamartín, no pude viajar el día que tenía establecido. Cerraron la estación. La compañía de tren me daba un billete para el día siguiente, pero ya no llegaba a tiempo para la reunión de trabajo que tenía. Por lo que cancelé los billetes de tren (reembolso sin problema) y también cancelé el hotel. Pero el hotel no reembolsó nada, comentando que la reserva era así. No lo entiendo. Podrían haber mantenido el cobro de la segunda noche (yo decidí no ir). Pero la primera noche no fui porque no pude (cancelaron los trenes). En fin, no volveré a reservar en ese hotel. Y tampoco volveré a usar TRIP.

After traveling extensively in China, returning to Spain highlighted some noticeable differences, particularly in Madrid. While the city and its infrastructure may feel a bit outdated compared to other global hubs, the Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá was a decent and comfortable place to stay. The hotel’s location is its strongest feature—it’s directly across from Chamartín Train Station and its adjacent subway station. While the train station and subway facilities are not the most modern or impressive, the convenience of being so close to transportation hubs is a definite plus. The street leading to the hotel is a bit unusual, set on a slope, but it’s manageable. The room was clean and functional, though slightly dated. The beds were comfortable, albeit with older spring mattresses that could use an upgrade. Despite the slightly worn feel, the room provided a comfortable space to rest after a day of exploring or work. The standout feature of this hotel was undoubtedly the breakfast. It was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to different tastes. It was easily the highlight of my stay and set a great tone for the day. The service was also pleasant and friendly, which is a nice touch, especially given the sometimes lackluster service standards in Spain. The staff were helpful and made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, while the Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá may not be the most modern or luxurious option, it offers good value for its location, a comfortable stay, and an exceptional breakfast. If you’re looking for a convenient and reliable place to stay near Chamartín Station, this hotel is a solid choice.

Het ontbijt, het parkeren bij Parking Norte en de ligging perfect. Het bed en de kussens waren heel slecht. Het had kapotte poten en wieltjes, daardoor bewoog het constant en maakte het een hoop geluid terwijl ik sliep. De kussens waren zo slap dat deze geen steun aan mn hoofd boden.

La ubicación nos resultó perfecta ya que teníamos viaje desde Chamartin Desayuno increíble !! Las chicas de recepción súper amorosas! Sobretodo Olivia 💕
