全球阿西斯&加拉太住宿 (Globales Acis y Galatea)

位置很偏，酒店衹提供早餐，而且早餐不好，吃飯購物非常不方便。酒店看上去是個兩層樓，實際上還有地下一層，我的房間號是303，搞了半天才明白是地下一層，我不想説是地下室，因為聽起來有點嚇人，但真實的情況是，我有生以來第一次住在酒店的地下室房間，我不去描述感受，因為這也算是一種體驗吧。房間非常小，沒有窗戶，洗手間沒有門，説真的連國內的七天連鎖酒店都比如上，三顆星不知道是什麼標準。800多人民幣一晚上的價格並不算貴，但這樣的酒店，這樣的房間值不到這個價格。 另外，機場附近的酒店似乎都不提供燒水壺，酒店也沒有提供公共的燒水機，沒有開水喝，離機場稍微遠一點的酒店就有，不知道這是不是原因。 前台衹有一個服務員，能講英文，從早到晚似乎都是同一個人，禮貌專業，給她點個贊。 我也是很欣賞這家酒店，經營有方，在偏僻的位置以最簡陋的設定，最低的服務標準，還能賣到一個好價格，不需要回頭客，距離機場很近，酒店並不缺客戶。不是酒店有問題，而是我們自己有問題，我們做出了錯誤的選擇。因此，我馬上糾正自己的錯誤，衹住了一晚就換酒店了。

酒店位於住宅區，比較安靜，餐廳和購物點感覺比較少，有點不方便；想去附近中餐廳吃飯，走路繞過一個鐵路橋，人煙稀少，感覺不方便

非常一般除了離直達飛機場的公交站比較近之外沒什麼優點

Al direttore dell'hotel - Globales Acis y Galatea Madrid Oggetto. Reclamo per la mancanza del servizio navetta aeroportuale Egregi Signori, Sono Gualtiero Simon e alloggio nella camera 416 del vostro Acis y Galatea, con check-in oggi 19 settembre e check-out domani 20. Purtroppo devo lamentarmi del servizio piscina, che mancava degli asciugamani, presenti nelle foto della piscina del vostro hotel sulla pagina ***********. La cosa ha limitato il comfort del mio soggiorno, devo ammetterlo. Posso comunque passarci sopra. Inoltre, e inaccettabile, la navetta aeroportuale che sul vostro sito è garantita gratuitamente, senza limiti di orario o giorno della settimana, mi è stata negata quando alle 18:15 ho chiesto alla reception di prenotarla per domani mattina. L'impiegato mi ha detto che il servizio non è attivo nei fine settimana, quindi non posso usufruire di un servizio che avevo pagato come incluso nel prezzo della camera. Poiché questa limitazione non era presente nell'elenco dei servizi da voi pubblicati, vi suggerisco di compensarmi pagandomi la tariffa del taxi per l'aeroporto di Barajas, terminal T2, per il mio volo per l'Italia di domani mattina. Sono certo che la vostra cortese attenzione verso i vostri ospiti sarà confermata accettando la mia proposta di compensazione. En general todo ha estado muy bien ,el trato exquisito,la habitación estaba todo bien a excepción del escrito que estaba algo deteriorado y el cajón izquierdo no cerraba bien.No hay ascensor y para subir a la piscina hay que subir las escaleras y si vienes con maleta y tienes que bajar o subir es un fastidio.Por lo demás la piscina y el exterior me han encantado,muy tranquila la zona,es una maravilla.El buffet muy bien y la terraza está muy bien,los empleados muy amables,lo único que sea hasta las 10:00 es algo justo,hasta las 10:30 sería muy buena hora

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. However, it was listed in a way that for a family of three they could only offer two rooms. After booking the two suggested rooms for the same evening, I received an email from the hotel that an extra bed could be placed for the teen in one of the rooms. To my disappointment, the hotel refused to modify my booking and let us stay in one room instead of two due to their policy that required that modifications be made 48h before the stay. The rooms themselves are very basic ground floor rooms with two single beds put together instead of a king-size bed advertised. The mattresses are hard, and you can hear every sound in the hallway. There’s no shuttle bus to the airport on weekends, and breakfast starts at 7:30am. Not worth 300+ euros we had to pay for one night.
