I stayed again at Vincci Soho Madrid and, as always, it was a great experience. The service was excellent, and this time I was given a slightly upgraded room in another wing of the hotel, which made my stay even better. The location is fantastic – right in the heart of the Barrio de Las Letras, close to everything: great restaurants, museums, and walking distance to the main sights. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. I always feel welcomed here, and I would definitely stay again.

The room looks amazing, the bed is nice and sturdy. Water in the room is only offered in a small plastic bottle on the first day. There is coffee/tea in the room but they only offer cups that are made from a mixture of paper and plastic, stoneware would be better, especially for a 4* hotel. Other facilities in the room are good, although cotton pads would be nice to have. The hotel is very conveniently located and quiet at night.

We loved Vincci Soho hotel. We were lucky and our rooms were ready in order to have an early check in. Staff was very helpful. Its rooms and location made our stay fantastic. I will definitely stay again at Vincci Sobo hotel when I am back to Madrid.
