位置不錯 出行方便 酒店房間前台安排在附樓角落裡 直接找了經理交涉 換到了主樓的陽台房 其他都還行吧

漂亮的酒店，熱情周到的服務人員，好吃的早餐，很棒的位置，去馬德里王宮、太陽門、甚至麗池公園都在步行範圍內，租車公司在西班牙廣場地下車庫有門店，過去提車步行也衹有500米，一切都很完美，值得再回來。那天去頂樓游泳池，意外碰到一位普通話勝過我的老外帥哥服務員😄，餐廳也有一位中國女孩，熱情幹練；如果價格能接受，就沒有什麼可糾結的

各方面都挺好，地理位置距離皇宮不遠，但是沒有感覺到酒店有“爵爺”家的風貌，不是那麼特別。如果為了地理位置可以入住，如果為了體驗特別的酒店，這家沒有十分突出。

酒店大環境很好，大堂、餐廳、花園都裝修典雅細緻，但是房間對於一家三口出行的我們來説略顯擁擠，房間設施也一般。最喜歡的是餐廳，有室內和室外兩個，餐廳環境和食物都很高質量。另外位置很好，離老城區主要景點（馬德里皇宮、太陽門廣場、西班牙廣場）都很近，步行十分鐘，但是開車的要注意了，這是老城區限行區域。服務很好，服務員都很熱情友好。

房間比較大，服務很棒的酒店

酒店的位置非常好，餐廳多，離馬德里皇宮5分鐘。後面的巷子貌似唐人街，有中國超市和餐廳。服務也不錯，早餐吃了四天，孩子很喜歡點的Turros西班牙油條。

歐洲酒店懂的都懂房間相對來説還是很小，但是酒店服務不錯，去到各個地方也很方便

房間不錯，環境很好，但上午就到了，拖到下午近五點才收拾好房間入住，而且是方便殘疾人的房間，淋浴沒有格擋，使用後洗手間到處是水。
