位置、衞生都很好，唯一沒有滿足我們要求兩個單人床；值得稱讚的是，同行有人腳扭傷，酒店幫助訂機場的士以及借來輪椅，非常感謝🙏

Great location right in the center of town.  The hotel only serves breakfast but you are so close to many restaurants that it’s no issue. The staff are super friendly and helpful, I would stay there again.

The location is excellent in the middle of town, walking distance to shops and eateries. The room is clean and towels are changed everyday though we did not leave it on the floor! The buffet breakfast has a wide spread of food and drinks with cozy sittings. We have enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends.

The hotel is in an excellent location and you can walk everywhere: 2 minutes either way to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor and 20 minutes to the Prado Museum. The Royal Palace and the Cathedral are only 10 minutes away.  The staff is fantastic and they act very quickly and efficiently in case of any issues.  Breakfast is delicious with a really wide variety of fresh food, from hot dishes to fresh fruit, cold meats and pastries/cakes. There is a kettle in the room with a selection of teas and coffees and two bottles of water are left each day. Housekeeping is very efficient and the room was spotless.  You can use the hotel’s umbrellas and bikes.  A special mention to Miriam and Mina who are extremely friendly and empathetic.

The location and rooms were amazing. But we didn’t like breakfast at all. It was on the ground floor and we couldn’t find something actually good to eat. Would love to stay there again but without adding the breakfasts
