ok transfer hotel, clean and acceptable service. Food offering wasn't a lot but enough to choose from, dont use the shuttlebus if you dont mind waiting an hour, better to take a taxi on your own and avoid the hassle to an unknown waiting time and then being ferried across 3 terminals before you finally arrive in the hotel. Hotel is only a few kilometres away and a taxi ride won't cost you a lot.

有去機場的班車，座位有限，我五點多辦理入住時第二天早上七點已經沒位了，坐八點的。十年前第一次去歐洲也是住的這家轉機，今天給的房間窗口對內的特別難受還好就一天。

Han sido súper amables, llegué más tarde de lo esperado y siendo después de la 1 de la madrugada me recogieron en el aeropuerto y en 7 minutos estábamos en el hotel. Habitaciones amplias, limpias y con desayuno incluido de calidad alta sin ser lujoso. Instalaciones con piscina que no he utilizado por no disponer de tiempo pero que calidad/ precio es en mi opinión inmejorable.

C'est un hôtel 4 étoiles que j'ai choisi pour sa navette régulière au départ du terminal 4 de Madrid. L’hôtel est situé à 20 minutes de l'aéroport, car la navette s'arrête à tous les terminaux de Madrid dans un sens comme pour celui du retour. Mais l'arrivée fut très rapide et le personnel souriant parlant anglais. La chambre est grande, spacieuse et lumineuse. Je l'avais demandé à l'arrière de l'hôtel parce que l'avant donne sur une autoroute très bruyante (A2).Malgré tout la chambre était calme. Il n'y a que peu d'amenités mais pour avoir une brosse à dents ou un rasoir, il suffit de le demander à la réception. Je repasserai à cet hôtel à mon retour le 5 juin, mais avec un départ très matinal puisque mon vol est à 7h50 du terminal 4. Je n'ai pas pris l'option petit déjeuner cher (15€), car je déjeunerai au salon NEPTUNE du T4 bis avant de prendre mon vol vers Lima. Cet hôtel est situé à 15 minutes a pied d'un centre commercial avec un immense food-court. Pas de bouteille d'eau en chambre.

La limpieza fatal. En la alfombra había uñas recortadas. Me quedé en una suite que estaba muy bien de tamaño. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba y creo que no volveré a repetir en ese hotel. Lamentable

I arrived at Madrid airport and phoned the hotel for the pickup. The instructions were very clear. I waited around 20 minutes until the mini bus arrived it was very clean. I waited a bit longer for other passengers to join us and went to the hotel which was not far. Hotel check in was very easy and the staff were polite. The hotel is modern. The restaurant is clean and serves tasty food. Nearby there is a large shopping mall. I would stay here again.

Great stay at Hotel Nuevo Boston ☺️the staff were friendly and helpful, rooms spacious and clean the dining area was lovely and the outside seating area and pool was a dream will definitely be staying here again on my neat visit to Madrid.

Ok for a stay for an overnight stay before your flight. Be careful if arriving late and leaving early, as you can be waiting at the airport to be collected for a long time

Convenient shuttle, which can only be used for 1 round 訂房網站 to the airport. Very long to get to the city center from hotel. Easy check in and checkout. Unbelievable to me that a 4 star hotel does not provide in room slippers and does not lend out umbrellas when it rains.
