We have stayed here several times and tried all the dormitory bed and rooms they have there. Facilities are good and very clean! Services provided were very good with friendly and very helpful staff. The location is great. However, during this 訂房網站 the common area was fully occupied. It was because there was an old American couple who did not seem to go out. Every time we went in to make tea they were there occupying the sofa! What bothers us most was that every time we put the kettle on to make tea. They would go take our water to refill their cups or make a new cup of tea. And we had to put on another kettle of water. These are really undesirables! A couple of days later their son arrived and they still sat there most of the time and occupied the area! I wonder what sort of people would make a 訂房網站 all the way to Madrid and sit in a hostel most of the day and evenings?

Near the city center and all sightseeing spots, I just walk to all places I want to go. The room is clean and nice, facing the street but not too noisy if close the window. Got shampoo in the bathroom. Staffs are friendly. Very nice experience overall.

Reservé una habitación con cama doble y el hostel nos estafo a mi y a mi pareja dándonos literas (por cierto habitación mas barata de li que pagamos inicialmente). Se negaron a ayudarnos o se negaron a hablar con los agentes de 訂房網站, diciendo mentiras y que nos habian dado la habitación. El trato del personal fue pésimo, en concreto del recepcionista Alejandro que en todo momento ponía mala cara y se negó a facilitar una solución. En definitiva, el viaje que hice con mi pareja quedó arruinado por culpa de ellos.

I stayed here five years ago. As soon as I saw it was still in business I booked it again! I sure am glad I did. This is hands-down the best Hostel in all of Madrid. Great location next to great restaurants walking distance to everything you need to see and experience that Madrid has to offer.
My personal thanks to the staff and when I am in Madrid again you know where I’m staying!

Great location! There is a metro station 2 minutes walk away, a supermarket on the opposite side of the street and overall it's located in the city center, very close to Sol and Plaza Mayor.
The room was clean, you get extra bed sheets and a set of towels; the toilets were also always super clean and the showers too. When showering late, sometimes there was not hot water though.
I'll book again in the future if I'm in Madrid.
