I left after 1 night of 5 booked. 1. They say the concierge desk is open from 9am and room check-in starts from 14:00. I went to the place with a lot of baggages hoping to store them there until check-in time. When I arrived I was shouted at from the intercom that nobody would be there until 14:00 and to go away. I then found myself a nearby luggage storage for 25€, at least they could've provided assistance 2. The room was incredibly hot, the fan wasn't working properly and not at max speed. I opened the small window that gave into an internal patio but this worsened the situation as the room is located above a Burger King kitchen open until 6:00am, therefore more heat and noises came in. I didn't sleep a minute 3. The bathroom servicing at least 5-6 rooms and potentially 12-15 guests was stinking and not properly ventilated with anything 4. On the very next day a left the keys to the concierge who complained about having brought a valet inside to help me with my luggages After filing a complaint with the platform they refused any reimbursement and platform gave me 15% in coins. My worst experience so far with a staying, with a concierge and with this platform.

Lugar bien ubicado, buena habitación, en condiciones el lugar es muy bueno, lo negativo es la atención del personal, pasamos días antes de llegar tratando de comunicarnos con el alojamiento y no respondieron hasta el día de nuestra llegada, se le consultó si podíamos dejar las maletas hasta la hora de entrada y nos respondieron que no había problema y no fue así, al llegar nos respondieron por intercomunicador y de mala manera que hasta la hora de entrada no se recibían, que no había nadie para atender y cerraron la comunicación así sin mas. A la hora de entrada llegamos al hostal y tuvimos que esperar mas porque no había nadie allí. En resumen es un buen lugar con mala atención.

交通極其方便，周邊吃飯，超市很多，去高鐵站步行衹要5-5分鐘。房間設施陳舊，隔音極差，衞生條件也差，不推薦。

The location is the selling point for this hotel. Other than that, probably not the best but this is the cheapest option in Atocha area.

環境太差了 ，不知道訂房網站為啥還要有這個酒店，我給了錢 去check in 看到環境就跑了，比國內30一晚上的還差，中國的千萬不要來這家酒店。我第一次寫差評。
