環境：看地圖離 賓怡館 很近，實際上沒很多影響。是一條大馬路對面，然後拐彎進來的，不在意的話其實並不會注意到。 設施：有付費停車場，每晚27歐元。停車場會拉大鐵門，前台也有值班的保安。 服務：沒有在酒店吃早飯，附近有一家早餐廳還蠻划算的，但是開門時間不固定。

Отель супер, местоположение не прям вау, но норм. Обычный милый отель, ничего особенного. Но в целом чисто, комфортно, уютно. Сотрудник на ресепшене начал передразнивать меня, когда речь зашла о воде. Я не знала, что вода предоставляется только 1 раз при заезде. И когда попросила еще воды мне сказали: наливай из крана или покупай. По итогу он налил мне из крана. Я ему ответила, и он начал меня передразнивать, повторяя за мной последнее слово. Да, давно такого не встречала)) но бывает! В целом отель ок, но больше 1 раза не стала бы останавливаться все равно

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property is within walking distance from a couple of metro stations. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The superior twin room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The sound insulation between the rooms and the corridor could be better - we did wake up from other people's noise. The corridor outside our room was smelling of smoke. We only ate breakfast at the property. Despite the variety of foods available, I found the food overcooked and largely not tasting great.

Room was clean and exactly like the photos, amenities were available, they give you extra towels for the pool, hair dryer was great, staff was friendly and helpful, location is close airport and the stadium and to 2 metro stations but you have to go up a little hill to get to the hotel, that was the only thing I wish I knew beforehand, had a great time overall

We 4 a family took a Europe 訂房網站 both Portugal and Spain, the ibis styles hotel in Madrid we booked 2 rooms for 4 nights stay, I think service is good but room heating system looks not working, every day when we backed to the hotel, the all window were opened after cleaning service and made rooms so cold even for whole night. The location is not so convenient for taxi service, so only we call Uber only.
