五月一日住的，回國後終於有時間評價啦！真的是很不錯的酒店，就在格蘭大道，離地鐵近，去哪裡都方便，地方也安全。最重要的是整個酒店的前台小帥哥和小姐姐都特別特別好，熱情，健談，兩個小帥哥一見到我們就幫我們提行李箱。24寸跨過半個月衣物的行李箱啊，小哥哥一手一個，太厲害了。小哥哥也很有心，第一天問了我名字發音是YUNYI之後，每次見到都叫一聲哈哈哈。總之，體驗很好，10分！

兩室兩衞，有簡易廚房，有洗衣機，地理位置特別好，就在格蘭大道上。早餐也不錯，還可以點餐，餐廳靠窗的位置俯瞰馬德里的老城區。前台很熱情，每次路過都主動打招呼。唯一不足，房間不是每天打掃。

Un sitio estupendo en todos los aspectos: ubicación, amabilidad de personal, limpieza, desayunos (no comimos ni cenamos así que no lo puedo valorar), personal del comedor y de sky bar estupendo, habitaciones completas y de buen tamaño con todo lo necesario. En resumen, la mejor calidad- precio para el centro de Madrid. A pesar de estar en la Gran Vía, no se oía casi nada así que insonorizado perfecto. Repetiremos. Gracias por todo a todos que nos cuidaron.

訂了4晚，酒店日期訂錯了。跟酒店商量改期付改期費，300多歐，或者看能退幾天，都不行。人還在國內，怎麼住。衹能做廢。第一次遇到這種。完全沒有沒有溝通與商量

We extend one more night. They gave another welcome drinks. Very friendly staff. However in the evening the other staff were bit rude. When we ask for the water they said you can drink water directly from the tap in madrid and there was another staff at the counter which says " there is a store outside and you can buy". That didnt sounds like good attitude, after paying 300 euros plus per night and for a 4 star the services and attitude of the staff could be better.

Location is great as it is in gran via (very center), supermarket 24 h in walking distance. Also with Mercado San Miguel very close and not to forget to mention San Gines Churros also only in walking distance. We love that they provide washing machine & dryer, fully kitchen equipment as we’re traveling as family and having all of this was really helpful. There was a welcome drink from the skybar so we can enjoy madrid sky at sunset time.

環境非常好，特別是露台，能直接看到callao 的廣場，以及眺望馬德里皇宮方向的建築群。另一方面能看到馬德里周圍的雪山。 衹有一點不是很習慣，似乎沒有每天的清潔服務，第一天的垃圾留到了最後一天都沒有丟，讓人稍微感覺不適。
