Nice hotel! Done the job for me and my son, the rooms wete clean and tidy and the coffee was amazing. The only downfall I could see is if you want to travel to the centre of madrid or to the airport your on and off buses and trains to get to your destination but apart from that I would stay here again.

這家酒店在機場附近一排酒店的一端，這一排酒店我幾乎都住過了，價格也相差不大，性價比還是很高的，非常值得趕飛機乘坐。

酒店位於郊區，與客運大樓根本沒有關係。需坐機場大巴到郊區汽車站，再從汽車站（公交卡不能用，需付費2歐）坐五站，步行四百多米才能到達酒店。酒店是不錯的，設施齊全，還有24小時的飲料免費供應。大堂有微博爐可以用，房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨，酒店有餐廳和自助售賣機。

酒店的名字會誤導遊客，也會誤導出租車司機，從訂房網站出示用當地語言寫的地址給司機看（訂房網站有翻譯錯誤的責任）。出租車直接把我拉到T2，告訴我賓館就在客運大樓下面。我問了半天，熱心的當地人讓我做穿梭巴士去T1。到了T1才知道又被誤導了。打開地圖，輸入賓館地址，發現離機場大約7.5公里，開車10分鐘，闖鬼啦。衹能在機場打車前往賓館，又花費22歐。耽誤了半小時。從酒店到機場衹能打車去，沒有公交車。酒店自動售賣機裡沒有瓶裝水（估計是賣完了），房間裡也沒有熱水壺。但是咖啡機裡可以出熱水。

早上8點要到機場，叫車十分容易快捷，10分鐘內到達。房間設施新淨，除了浴室洗澡時水會向外濺，其他都很不錯。

I stayed at B&B HOTEL Madrid Aeropuerto T1 T2 T3 from Sep 16–18, 2025. The location is not very convenient. Although it’s called an “airport hotel,” it actually takes about 10–15 minutes by taxi, and with traffic it can easily turn into 20–30 minutes — which I experienced on my way back to the airport. Public transport is also not ideal: to catch a bus to the city, you need to walk at least 15–20 minutes to the nearest station, and connections are not straightforward. There’s no metro nearby either. The room itself was compact and basic — short stays ok, but lacking small essentials like bottled water or even a glass in the room. Overall, my experience was not very positive, mainly due to the inconvenient location. There are better hotels closer to the airport if you plan to stay in this area, and if your focus is the city, you’ll find hotels with much easier access there.

Absolute tourist trap! Hotel ligt helemaal uit de stad en is slecht bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Je geraakt zonder taxi niet van/naar de luchthaven. Oordoppen zijn een absolute must. Zowel de drukke straat, als andere gasten houden je de hele nacht wakker. Ontbijt is basic. Tafels worden quasi niet afgekuist en bestek niet aangevuld.  ABSOLUUT AF TE RADEN!

La peor experiencia de mi vida en un hotel, aproximadamente a las 5am de la mañana empezó a haber un Olor enorme en la habitación, como a amoniaco, creemos que es por una rotura en la nevera, desde recepción lo tomaron demasiado tranquilo, tuvimos que bajar 2 veces para hacer el cambio de habitación, literalmente no se podía respirar. Se que puede ser algo fortuito pero la atencion que recibimos al respecto fue muy pobre. A día de hoy no nos han devuelto ni 1€ pero nosotros no pudimos descansar como es debido, teníamos un vuelo de 13 horas a las 11am y se notó el cansancio... justamente alquilamos este hotel para estar cerca del aeropuerto y descansar mas. En fin un desastre de experiencia y una atención muy escasa, sin mucha capacidad de reacción ni de reclamación (nos dieron una tarjeta para enviar un email quejandonos)
