the room is good size, clean and comfortable such criteria are meeting my expectations. However, this morning when i email to ask if i can leave my luggage in the common area after evacuating the room, there has been no answer to me.  This can be helpful if you can facilitate such service, also new traveller would appreciate helpful information on nearby services such as restaurants, laundry services, supermarkets, such information will make my stay more comfortable.

Todo estuvo bien,lo único para comunicase con ellos era Muy difícil tanto por teléfono o en persona nunca encontré a alguien cuando tenía una pregunta. Estaría bien que implementar la comunicación vía WhatsApp ya que esos mensajes si entran pero no contestan por ese medio. Pero por lo demás todo Muy bien gracias

숙소의 방은 정말 넓었고 시설도 좋았습니다 직원의 안내와 추가적인 문의 사항들도 답변을 빠르게 받고 해결도 빠르게 되었습니다 짐을 맡길수 있어서 좋았고 늦은 체크인에 추가요금 없었습니다 화장실 냄새가 조금 아쉬웠지만 수압이 진짜 좋았고 물 빠짐도 완벽했습니다 전반적인 청결도는 매우 좋았습니다 주위에 맛있는 식당들이 있어 좋았습니다 다시 가도 머무를 의향이 있습니다 감사합니다

The worst booking experience. Completely inflexible and disinterested in listening to customers change of circumstances and refused to cancel a booking due to 'policy'. Not what hospitality is about. Only interested in transactions, and  no consideration for the customer experience. I wouldn't consider booking the brand again
