PROs: - My room was very big - Very clean - Quite and comfortable flat of 4 rooms - AC CONs: - can't lock the room from the inside, it happened to me that somebody entered my room while I was in the bed and it's just mad that you can't close your door when you are inside the room - they manage this remotely and will not reply to you in any case outside 9am-18pm and in general the provided phone number doesn't work. I forgot my keys inside the room at 10pm and they didn't reply to any call either from me or the platform customer support until morning, so I had to sleep outside and they refused any compensation. - they charge 10€ per wash to use the washing machine Many hosts in Madrid leverage the poor housing market of the city to make guests accept insane conditions of stay and service fees. While this place offers quality space and cleanliness the bargain is on how rude and entitled the owners behave because of this.
