I don't recommend this place. You should find another one in the city center where provides you a experience with a good price. It was pretty hard to find the place. Bad communication service, unclear check-in procedure, locating in unlively area.

We arrived at the address by taxi and discovered that it was a room in someones apartment (the owner lived there). We arrived just after 9pm but had called that morning to notify our late arrival. The owner said that we were at the wrong address so we went outside to check the address again which was correct. The owner had obviously rented our room to someone else. We called the number and in my basic Spanish explained that we were looking for Room Grass. The reply we got from the man was in english saying that he did not speak english and to send a whatsapp!!! We gave up at this point as it was not a nice area and booked into a lovely hotel close to the train station which was what we requested. We would never recommend Room Grass to anyone!
