Our building has 6 floors. Apartments 1.1 to 1.3 are located on the 1st floor, 2.1 to 2.3 on the 2nd floor, 3.1 to 3.2 on the 3rd floor, and apartments 4, 5 and 6 on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors.

Access to the apartment is managed via a personal PIN code. Some apartments also include a physical key on the welcome tray; please use it to lock the apartment when leaving and return it to the same place upon departure. A €200 fee will apply to cover the replacement of the lock in case of loss.

To activate the PIN code for access to the main door and the apartment, it is essential to complete the digital check-in in advance via the Guest App. Please complete the IDs of all guests and pay any outstanding amount, if applicable. On the day of arrival, the PIN can be viewed or the doors can be opened directly from the mobile app.
