이틀을 머물렀는데 머무는 동안 직원들이 아주 친절했다. 방은 넓고 쾌적한 편이었고 아래 사진에서 보듯이 욕실도 아주 넓었다. 바로 인근에 기차역이 있어 기차여행을 하는 여행자에겐 위치가 좋지만 고아 시내를 여행하는데는 버스 이동에 시간이 조금 소요될 것으로 보인다.

Food was good... they mentioned that they share their kitchen with some hospital nearby... location is not great...bang opposite to Madgaon station so you will be distributed by the noise of the engines... property and stay was pathetic...lizards in the room, lot of mosquitos, ac not functioning ...no amenities at all, service was good...the staff willingly helped to the level they can..i would not recommend this hotel for your stay in Madgaon

The hotel haven't their own restaurant. whatever you ordered it's from outside. it's very difficult when you travel / stay with baby. can't recommend for family.

Had a really good experience during my stay. The rooms are well maintained. Housekeeping did a good job. Reception was very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Railway station is near

Room is not good and there is lots cockroach’s and bed is not good it’s very noisy, they are charged for breakfast but they don’t provide buffet you have to select what they offered.

In-spite paying healthy amount the a/c wasn't working at all. Later the room was changed but after requesting many times. Secondaly the night receptionist was very rude. Repaing ac at night

Bed sheets were stained. Ac stopped working. No inhouse restaurant and wifi available only in lobby

Hi, the property location is good, room size is good. But a lot of amenities are missing. No wifi, no fridge inside room, ac controls don't work so temperature cannot be adjusted. Breakfast is poor, i had two fight second day to give us at-least what they offered us on first day. At last minute my wife joined me, for one night, only and they charged us but did not give mattress or towel etc and kept asking for payment every now and then, till she left as we gonna run away where as i had paid for four nights and they knew i am there for next two nights. The first day night watchman and person at reception was really creepy and my wife felt unsafe. I had also told them that i might extend my stay and will tell them on day of my checkout if i am staying. They said i can. But then they took another booking without informing me. Next time will expect a better service for sure.

Our stay in viva hotel was very good. Room was clean and perfect. Receptionist and the room service are very nice. Next time also i would choose the same hotel.
