第二次入住了，去Macquarie centre挺方便的，房間乾淨，門口有limited 戶外free parking不過是先到先得，週末就會很緊張。下次來雪梨還會選擇這家。

附近的餐廳和超市都要走10分鐘才有，不過如果有車的話就不是問題，開車到大商場也就5分鐘。 前台服務很好，我最後多加一天要換大房也非常配合，讓我待到12點多房間準備好了我直接過去不用check out再check in。而且我說我要換那個房是因為想洗衣服，前台說我訂的那個大一點的房其實也沒有洗衣機的（應該是訂房網站.com搞錯了），要套房才有，然後她知道我是為了要洗衣服，就upgrade我去了套房了。 電視有很多電影看，燈光，煮食工具，各種配套都齊備，無可挑剔。

這次住了bedroom的房型，房間非常大，而且房間裡就有洗衣機和烘乾機，廚房用具也很齊全，比較適閤家庭親子。同時交通也很方便，離M1步行很近，停車免費，整體感覺不錯。

我在1/1當天入住，可以因為當天是假期，接待處完全沒有員工。需要通過電話或者對講機辦理入住。我不是澳洲人，沒有澳洲電話號碼，所以用對講機向職員溝通。對講機質素不是很好，聽得不是很清楚，導致職員也有點不耐煩。如果事前通知我入住方式可能會比較好。房間衛生也有待改善，入住時候冷氣機傳出一陣汗味，混和著一大陣香薰味，每天房間整理也略為馬虎，沒有整理被鋪的服務。

I’m so sad and disappointed. I cancel booking within 10mins because hotel provide the room can not fit in three people. But it’s show that’ okay with three guess. I cancel the hotel immediately and now no refundable for me. Pay the hotel and I didn’t check in. So sad, you let my 訂房網站 worse than ever.

The location is convenient, 400m to Metro station, with easy and free parking outside of the building(basement parking is charged). However the room clean service during the stay is not as expected, they don’t even make you bed and empty the bin every day until I ask so.

This was my first time staying here and honestly, it was a disaster. The fire alarm went off three times — twice in the evening and again at 2 AM, all false alarms. The 2 AM one woke up the entire hotel, and we all had to evacuate. I took the stairs down, but when I tried to go back up, I got locked in the stairwell with no staff in sight. I had to wait for someone to let me back in, and then another 15 minutes just to get into the lift because everyone was trying to return to their rooms. It took almost 40 minutes just to get back to my room. I couldn’t sleep after that, and I had an interview in the morning — which was the whole reason I booked this hotel. No one from the hotel staff ever came to explain or apologize. There wasn’t even a single staff member in the lobby — only the firefighters. Absolutely unacceptable.
