韋里烏·麥誇里公園 (Veriu Macquarie Park)

酒店裝修時尚大氣，設施齊全，有電磁爐、微波爐、烤箱、洗碗機、洗烘一體機等，出差居住還是挺方便的。如果能提供早餐就更好了！ ps. 有個小問題，這次的床單有一股不好聞的味道，建議優化改進。

房間超大，家庭客推薦入住connecting rooms, 設施新，乾淨，讚！仲可以租單車踩！住高層風景好！

設施：新裝修的酒店，房間裡面有冰箱，洗衣機，做飯的地方，挺完善。 衞生：良好 環境：旁邊有公園，大學，地鐵，以及購物中心，步行能到。

맥쿼리 파크역 근처라 위치 좋고, 직원분들 진짜 친절해요 :) 룸 서비스가 없어서 살짝 아쉬웠지만 도보로 5분정도 걸으면 KFC, 맥도날드 등 음식점있어서 포장해오기도 좋았어요. 와이파이 잘 터지고 청결해요. 방음 잘돼서 편안한 숙면 가능합니다. 시티랑은 거리가 조금 있지만 룸 컨디션으로 보면 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 😊

住了四晚的套房，有兩天沒有收拾房間，很奇怪。但是位置非常好在地鐵Metro旁邊，不遠處有麥當勞KFC和subway ，坐一站metro就到macquarie center很多餐廳和超市。

Hotel has excellent studio apartment-style rooms, but unfortunately the service standard was considerably lower than what I had expected from previous reviews. The basic housekeeping that the hotel advised in an email that would it do daily wasn’t done on two of the six days of my stay, and the full housekeeping that the hotel email said would be done every fourth day was never done. On the last day of my stay, the room had completely run out of essentials like toilet paper, meaning that I had to go down to reception and ask for housekeeping to be done, and even then I had to wait for an hour for someone to come. While I was waiting I emailed Veriu’s customer service, which their website said was attended 24 hours 7 days a week, but nobody has ever replied, a further example of Veriu’s poor customer service attitude. When housekeeping did come, they said that housekeeping isn’t done on weekends, information that I later found buried in the hotel’s original email. The hotel wants to force guests to comply with its narrow complicated housekeeping rules, rather than providing a guest-oriented service. Also, if housekeeping isn’t done on weekends, then it would be sensible to provide extra essentials on Friday, which didn’t happen. The housekeeping staff themselves were excellent and very friendly and helpful, with the problem appearing to be with the management of housekeeping. Also, when I checked in, I asked reception if the breakfast was a buffet, and was told “yes.” I then had it twice, and came down again on Saturday, only to find that it wasn’t a buffet, then being told “it’s not a buffet on weekends.” That information could and should have been communicated in the answer to my original question. While the food quality in the buffet breakfasts that I did have was very good, the range of hot food was more limited than in other similarly-priced hotel buffet breakfasts. On the positive side, the rooms are very well equipped, with full-sized fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery etc, dishwasher with powder, and washing machine / dryer with powder (although the dryer aspect was impossible to use effectively because no instructions were provided). The location is also excellent, being just a 2-minute walk from Macquarie Park Metro Station. But the hotel also has just two lifts, not really adequate for the size of the building, and one was out of order for the last two days of my stay meaning long waits for the lift. Veriu certainly won’t be my first choice in the future!

Very nice hotel to stay at, nearby the subway station and bus stop . staffs are really helpful and polite.Rooms are cleaned and big enough to fit two people and large luggage.

來雪梨辦事兒，對比了一下各大平台的💰……發現還是訂房網站的經濟實惠… 酒店很新，剛開業幾個月 前台挺親和的 特別提醒下在國內過來的小夥伴，記得帶好洗漱用品和拖鞋
