เข้าพักไม่สะดวกมากเพราะว่าเสียเวลาในการเปิดห้องมาก เนื่องจากระบบเช็คอินหลังจากเช็คอินเสร็จแล้วไม่ได้รับอีเมลยืนยัน ทำให้ไม่สามารถเปิดห้องได้ และพยายามติดต่อกลับทางโรงแรมปรากฏว่าทางโรงแรมไม่ได้สนใจ ไม่มีลิฟด้วย หากแบกกระเป๋าใหญ่มา ตายโหงแน่นอน อากาศหนาวมาก  โชคดีที่เจอผู้เข้าพักใจดีที่ช่วยติดต่อโรงแรมให้ ถึงสามารถเข้าห้องได้

Hotel st Jacob is een mooi schoon sfeervol hotel midden in het centrum voor een kleine prijs. Het centrum maakt dat het heel erg gehorig is. Te gehorig om te slapen. Het is met de auto eigenlijk niet te bereiken. Op onze aankonstdag was er geen receptiepersoneel aanwezig en moesten we naar een ander filiaal voor de incheck. Dus een prachtig hotel met minpunten.

Wij zijn twee dagen in het hotel geweest en het was goed ondanks dat andere mensen mindere ervaringen hebben, deel die mening dus niet, vooral John die s'morgens het ontbijt verzogde gaf nog wat informatie over dingen die je nog kon bezoeken in Maastricht, en het ontbijt was gewoon goed, als je wilde bakte hij een eitje voor je. En de hygiene was ook goed, zuiver bed en douche en wc. Dus onze ervaring was positief. Wim en Yrma

Prima en keurig hotel. Helaas werd de wens, bij reservering,om op een lage etage geboekt te worden niet ingewilligd. Keurig personeel en ook behulpzaam. Locatie is voortreffelijk.

地點位在馬斯垂克市的中心，旁邊的廣場在聖誕節期間有聖誕市集，附近也很多餐廳。 週末的房價每晚要超過兩百歐元太貴了。

The best part of the hotel is it's location. Very close to the bars and restaurants and walkable distance to important landmarks. It self service check in. So you will not find a reception. While you can contact the support to enter the place to complete check in there isn't much information about the check-in process. Need to provide detailed info on this. The room was clean and big and well maintained. The TV is very small and needs activation code and there was no one to help with it. I would not recommend this hotel for the price they charge.

Very nice reception guy , it is not his job because you have to check-inn by yourself ,  but he helped us out ..Rooms are a bit old and must be updated. We understand what they like todo with the old furniture but this can be done better. The small carpet(?) in the front of the bed was not clean and full of dirty spots. The floor had a lot of wear and tear, TV is not big, more laptop size and our remote control was not working, also the shower is with very low water pressure , better take your time. By the way there is a very  nice "breakfast"  woman, who wished us a great day. This Hotel has a lot of potential but needs an upgrade, broken chair in the hall first floor is not the best income to your room. 4 star rating is not the right level..for the total..
