酒店位置非常好，就在火車站對面，一個馬路之隔，汽車站也是在對面，坐車真是非常方便。周圍吃飯很方便，對面也有超市。有電梯，上樓很方便。早餐也不錯。

一出車站對街就是了，建築外表很古典氣派，確實也是老牌經典的風格，但軟硬體都還有到位，櫃檯人員也都很熱心，不錯的體驗。

Het zag er best prima uit voor een hotel waar je dichtbij het centrum en het station bent. Wij reden vanuit hier naar Brussel en werken opzich vriendelijk geholpen door het personeel

Nice hotel right next to train station. Hotel is in historic building, so amentities are a bit old, but everything was sparkling clean. Staff at reception was welcoming as well.

Good location, nice serving and clean room. But the facilities are really old. I think the most modern thing is the LCD TV. We have to said the room and the reception are nice and helpful. They are willing to answer questions and help to solve your problems.

Great large room Directly opposite the Maastricht station and bus station Walking distance to spa grocery store and 15mins walk to city centre Stairs to reception, no lift to reception - not good for disabled people - apparently the other entrance was locked but it has a platform for wheelchair accessibility to the reception/dining room and the lift to other levels. That would have been helpful instead of dragging my suitcase and backpack up about 10 steps to reception. Not good for disabled people with heart condition and brain injury and balance issues. There was no buzzer to call for assistance and couldn't leave suitcase on the street. They need to provide instructions to guests with disabilities to proceed to the other locked door and have a buzzer on that door. Other than that everything was great

Lokasi pas di depan stasiun. Kamar cukup besar, ada bathtub, kamar kedap sehungga tidak bising walaupun didepan stasiun kereta. Kolam renangnya keren

Perfecte locatie, mooi exterieur. Goed ontbijt met ruime keuze. Kamers voldoen niet aan 4 sterren. Geen airco, badkuip met douchegordijn, gedateerd, dat is jammer.
