Chambre attribuée au 5 étage ou la climatisation était en panne (tout l'étage concernée, en pleine canicule). première nuit passée sans climatisation, très difficile. Le lendemain j'ai signalé le problème à la réception. Au lieu de solution immédiate, le réceptionniste m'a répondu que ce n'était "pas son problème " et qu'il me changerait de chambre uniquement "s'il trouvait une disponibilité". J'au du insister fermement pour obtenir ce à quoi j'avais droit : une chambre avec climatisation fonctionnelle. Aucune excuse, aucun sens de service. Je ne reviendrai plus dans cet hôtel

Very good location, nice and comfortable room. Highly recommend. Was not so clean, we have 2 small kids and we focus on details, but cleanliness always depends on your expectations.

Conveniently located right next to the metro station. Staff that helped us check in was nice. There is a passcode to enter pass 8:30 pm. One bad thing about the hotel is there is no housekeeping to make the room and we were not make aware of that by the staff, but we were staying only for 2 nights maybe that’s why. One other thing was that sound proofing was not the best (i could hear people opening and closing doors and cars driving by) but this did not affect my stay much.
