非常不推薦的酒店。 1. 冷。房間內暖風形同虛設。被子比夏天的還薄，穿毛衣睡半夜還是會凍醒。 2. 淋浴間沒有熱水。水溫最熱大概在30度。 放水5分鐘甚至沒有水蒸氣。😅 3. 房間內特別重的清潔劑香味。通風散掉一些但存在感仍很強。 4. 電視會突然閃藍屏 5. 周邊沒有便利店，購物不方便。

The cleanliness was not satisfactory — I found dirty shoe prints and someone else’s hair in the bathtub. I reported the issue to the front desk and requested a room change, but they told me there were no available rooms that night and asked me to handle it myself. The location is average, not very close to the city center. The positive side is that the hotel is very quiet, the bed is comfortable, and the gym is quite good.

It is just next to the Lyon Congress Centre, but a distance from the old town. Not much eatery around the neighbourhood, but the public transport is just a stone throw away from the hotel. Easy to get around with the public transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with hot water shower and they send help very soon after our call. The breakfast was good too, but not much changes for the three days I was there.

垃圾中的垃圾 前台感覺是隨便找人來的 還是智商不夠用 給前台提供可入住訂單 並説明2間房4個人 前台神人給我們又開了兩間房4個人住四間雙人房？ 這真的是正常人嗎 當時也不説清楚 一下説按金一下説房費 後面溝通説會退給我們 錢不在他們那 在銀行那裡 當時還在歐洲旅遊就沒管 現在回國了郵件還沒收到 發郵件也不會 誰來這裡住誰倒黴 避雷 更離譜的是第二天早餐 我們訂的房間明確寫了雙早 我們到那裡之後説我們衹有一間有 我們給他看了預訂單 他要我們去二樓前台找工作人員 我們去找了 前台説他們經理不在處理不了 白紙黑字在那 也不讓我們進去吃早餐 最離譜的來了 我的父母進去吃早餐了 已經拿著盤子 又被趕出來？？？ 你們酒店是人？ 還是歧視？ 我不知道你們在優越什麼 臭酒店打工的 最基礎的尊重都不懂？你們國家發達在哪裡？發達在性開放？發達在100年前殖民全球？ 真是最氣憤的一次 有史以來第一次差評送給你們

Good hotel. Spacious and clean rooms with good shower and bathroom. Gym was ok, but bar seemed closed for much of 訂房網站 and surrounding area lacked an equivalent once back from the city (which was only 15 mins by bus away so was not a big issue).
