Het hotel was goed bereikbaar vanaf de snelweg. Wij waren op doorreis naar zuid Frankrijk. De staat van de buurt was niet zo prettig om te wandelen. Het zwembad was een prettige verkoeling na 900 km rijden.

Did not have 4 start feel .. felt more like an Ibis which was next door. Rooms were okay, sofa bed not comfy .. the main bed one moved a lot. The usb slots in the wall are old .. not the C type. They even charged me the wrong amount whej I had shared an email confirmation of my 訂房網站 invoice. Overall, it is disappointing based on the price.

my booking is Suite with bed & sofa, but hotel recd info only classic room, they don't have our room for us, but they offer extra breakfast to cover the different, I think Novotel need more communication with agency to avoid this simple error

Excellent , sauf le refus de nous changer pour une chambre dans un etage plus bas car ma femme est acrophobe et me dire que c'est par rapport à notre réservation et qu'il ne pouvais rien faire. Je n'est pas voulus lui répondre en lui disant que j'étais réceptionniste j'ai préféré accepter comme tel mais pas besoin de rzgonter des bobards aux clients.

Points positifs : grande chambre agréable, chambre très bien insonorisée, restaurant cuisine maison un peu cher. Points négatifs : prix du parking excessif et accès compliqué, l'ensemble du personnel semble être en formation et ne prend que peu de pincette pour les clients (trop familiers), le sourire serait un plus pour eux. l'ascenseur du parking est très très lent. Formalités de check in plutôt longues.

Personnel pas à accueillant! Il ne voulais pas après le Check-in qu’on reste à la piscine ! Pas agréable, piscine petite, pas beaucoup de transats, beaucoup de monde… je ne recommande pas
