林奇堡溫德姆麥客達套房酒店 (Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lynchburg)

Fantastic location! If you're looking for a central location from which you can explore Lynchburg, then this is your place. I couldn't believe how close everything was from this location. You have Kroger, Cookout, Liberty University, the River Ridge Mall, Walmart, Target, and a whole host of locations all within a 5 minute drive of the location. Additionally, the hotel is right next to the access to 501 heading to Forest or Downtown Lynchburg. Breakfast was also provided (scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages, bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, and milk). But the best feature of the facility was the friendliness, consideration, and helpfulness of the staff. Steve in particular was very knowledgeable about the area and gave helpful suggestions about where I could find groceries pertaining to my limited diet. He would later follow up with me which I found most considerate. Other staff where either quick to say hello, or respond to questions or offer assistance when needed. Because of the location and the staff, I can't recommend this place enough.

나는 온라인 트립닷컴으로 예악과 객실료를 다 지불했는데 호텔 체크인과정에서 프론트데스크 여직원이 나에 신용카드를 요구했다 나는 내가 영어를 잘하지 못해서 번역기를 사용해가며. 이유를 물어봤지만 여직원은 계속해서 신용카드가 필요하다고 해서 신용카드를 주었다.그런데 나중에 알고보니 51.23달러가 추가로 결제되었다 나는 후론트데스크에 가서 어떻게 된것이냐고 물어봤는데 그직원은 정확히 대답을 못하고 나중에 메니저로 보이는 여자가 나타나서 추가로 결제가 된 51.23달러를 취소해 주었다. 내가 어떻게 해서 추가요금이 발생했나 물어보니. 메니저로 보이는 여직원은 실수였다고 말했고 고객인 나한테는 미안하는는 말을 하지 않았다. 나는 매우 불쾌히고 기분이 나빴다. 이호텔에 오기전에 리뷰를 보니 다른호텔에 비해서 높은점수가 있어서 이호텔을 선택했는데 호텔직원에 실수와 예의없는 행동에 매우 기분이 나빴다. 다시는 이호텔을 이용하고 싶지 않다.

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower, everything else was great: the room, the service, the waffles at breakfast (so good). Will stay again!
