Perfect, just what we needed

My stay at Belavista Da Luz – Wellness & Lifestyle Hotel from March 1 to March 5, 2026 was absolutely exceptional from the very moment I arrived. The experience began with a wonderful welcome at reception. Ina, the receptionist who greeted me, was incredibly friendly, warm, and highly professional. She kindly offered me an early check-in, which immediately made me feel like a valued and special guest. She also took the time to explain everything about the hotel, which I truly appreciated. My room was fantastic — comfortable, beautiful, and perfectly prepared. I would also like to give special thanks to the restaurant team, and especially to Mario. He is an incredible person — extremely attentive, caring, and genuinely dedicated to the guests. As a vegan, I was pleasantly surprised when he offered me a special food option that was not even part of the standard breakfast. The vegetables prepared for me were absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot to me. Another lady at the reception, whose name I unfortunately do not remember, was also very kind, welcoming, and helpful. I give the hotel my highest rating and warmest recommendations. Albergo di buon livello, ma prezzo superiore alla media. Un po' fuori dal centro, però ha ristorante, dove ho fatto un'ottima cena di pesce, a prezzo ragionevole.
