Bed bugs. I have multiple bed bug bites on my right leg, right arm and lower back. My pharmacist said they are consistent with the line of bites (breakfast, lunch and dinner) that bed bugs tend to make. It’s a shame as the hotel was good value for money and breakfast was good. Unfortunately the level of service offered when I reported the bed bug bites was appalling.

It’s very convenient location near town centre and train station..very accessible to luton airport.. Clean and friendly staffs. Buffet breakfast was good and reasonable price .

The hotel was affordable for a family room in Luton’s city centre with a spot for coffee, hot chocolate, water and more by the sides whilst you waited to check in.The rooms were also lovely and spacious but needed pest control as there were multiple insects.

I must say that I had a very pleasing stay at the Hotel Thistle, if not one of the best ! The hotel has everything you need, making you feel at home. Situated right at the heart of Luton, close to the airport with only 10 minutes distance . A perfect location for quite an affordable price to chill and relax, have free breakfeast and coffee/tea. What more you could ask for ? The mattresses too were feeling heavenly, soft and just perfect for a good night sleep. Which many hotels that I had visited and stayed in didn’t had and lacked off. It left me with a deep impression and I will surely 1000% come back again !

Great hotel for convenience to Luton airport.. one short bus journey away... staff were incredibly helpful and patient when I had a problem with payment card (Leah you were a star!). Room was spacious and spotless, cooked buffet breakfast hot, and lots of variety for cold options. Tea/Coffee available at reception 24hrs... All in all, a lovely atmosphere and I highly recommend it, especially for stop overs for airport travellers... parking is available just outside the front door, and a large mall is conveniently located tight next door for those things u may have forgotten to pack!!

房間還可以，不大不小，但窗戶關不起來。很離譜的是在早餐時間去用餐，所有的麵包類（吐司、可頌、貝果）統統都沒了！！和兩個員工反應，他們也就是雙手一攤說我們沒貨了，完全沒有要處理的意思，非常誇張！

Przy dłuższych pobytach śniadanie może być monotonne, ponieważ codziennie jest to samo. Bezpłatnie dostępne całą dobę gorące herbaty, woda i kawa rozpuszczalna. Pokoje czyste i estetyczne. Z recepcji można z że stacji zamówić Ubera. Bardzo szybkie i silne wifi - sygnał już łapie 100 m od hotelu. Polecam pobyt w tym hotelu.

Our hotel room wasn’t cleaned bed wasn’t comfortable the bathroom was so dirty that me and my wife we couldn’t bath in such a dirty bathroom. We stayed for 2 nights and we had to go bath at my friend’s house. Hotel is not sound proof you could hear people walking around inside and outside the hotel. People staying next to our room they were partying and making lots of noise shouting at each other and we couldn’t sleep. I don’t recommend this place especially when you’re travelling with kids, luckily this time we didn’t travel with our kids. Only book this place when you have no other options or when you’re stranded.

Slightly disappointed about this hotel. Their website promised parking, but the parking was only for a handful of cars, apparently it's on a first come first served basis! Plus it costs £10. Only one lift was operational & staffs weren't friendly! Also, the hotels location isn't great either. There were strange characters loitering around the area! I'll definitely NOT recommend it.
