Cannot remember how many times we have repeat this hotel when going to Lumut. Location is strategic..breakfast got so many choices and delicious..view from our room also great..staff are also polite ang friendly..surely will repeat if we manage to come here again.

This place used to be a well-know resort and a personal favourite in the 90s, but am utterly disappointed at the state of disrepair it is in now. I had pre-booked a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View and was appalled at how dated and poorly-maintained the room, and entire hotel was. We arrived late last Saturday evening after encountering some issues with our car. Since we were both exhausted and unwell, we did not bother to report any of the shortcomings or request for a change of room, but neither could we bring ourselves to stay any longer after breakfast. To be more specific, ours was Room 152, pool-view (not sea-view as paid for), with dirty and torn curtains. There were also cracks on the floor tiles and stains/scribblings on the walls. My pillowcase had an old blood stain (probably unchanged after the last check-out) and I had to use my shawl over my side of the bed for the night's sleep. The headboard was also very dusty. With all the heavy rattling and noisy pipes throughout the night, our sleep was badly disturbed as well. The towels and bath mat were worn out and discoloured. The toilet bowl was also yellow. Bathroom mirror had chipped off parts. Water temperature/pressure was okay. Breakfast was basic and acceptable, but again, the dining place was unhygienic with uncovered food and flies everywhere! The chair covers and flooring had spilt food/stains, yet no one was really bothered to clean them up. So, if you ask me if I'd ever come again or recommend this place to anyone, my answer is a definite NO :(

Stayed for 2D1N on a weekday with my wife and 1-year-old baby. The room and hotel were satisfying, with a strategic location—walking distance to many restaurants, a Speedmart, and Lumut Waterfront. However, the beach was not suitable for swimming due to oil and dirt. The breakfast buffet was also not great. That said, I still think this is one of the best hotels available in Lumut, and I would consider staying here again.
