Muy buena experiencia. El personal nos atendió muy bien y se esmeraron en hacernos sentir cómodos. Las habitaciones estaban bien, limpias, cumplían. Y con respecto a la ciudad estábamos muy cómodos, con el transporte público (gratis gracias al Ticino Ticket) llegamos bien a todos nuestros puntos de interés.

房間很大，周圍環境也不錯，離火車站非常近。那天入住的時候已經晚上十一點半了，老闆還等我們，挺感動的。就是提著行李上階梯比較費力。

Convenient location within 10 minutes walk from the train station and bus terminal. Local bus stops just outside the train station and can get to Lugano Centro and Monte Bre easily. The hotel is located up the slope facing the train station. There's a view of the train station from our room but it's not nosiy once the wooden doors of the balcony are closed.

從火車站1號站台前行200米上個斜坡就到酒店了，如果去盧加諾湖，要穿越火車站，再下樓梯。酒店很美麗，衞生還行，有游泳池，可惜我們沒時間去游泳。推薦。
