Bonjour , - Les chambres sont très spacieuses...un peut vieillottes les salles de bain ... -L'endroit et le parc formidables ... - Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner très moyens même si le personnel est très serviable e sympathique surtout a la réception .

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Rooms were luxury like the whole property. Staff were super friendly and helpful and even gave me a 1230 checkout.

Camera molto mal tenuta, moquettes sporchissima ,ragnatela in bagno vicino al bidet che è rimasta per tutto il nostro soggiorno pertanto le pulizie non sono fatte a dovere Inoltre la reception rimane sguarnita dalle ore 20:00. Il servizio colazioni gestito solamente da due persone ,insomma forse sarebbe il caso di aumentare il personale. Posto auto a fortuna. Colazione buona staff molto gentile.L’albergo si salva per la bella piscina.

Ich habe kürzlich im Parkhotel Principe übernachtet und war sehr zufrieden. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, das Personal unglaublich freundlich herzlich und wirklich alles hat perfekt gepasst. Die Ausstattung des Hotels war sehr gut und die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

Everybody please don’t come to this looks like ghost place.The room we booked was completely different from what was shown online ,when we complained what they said.They ask us pay more 200 Eurpe then can go more better room. We can't cancel or change to another room. If we need to change, we have to pay more 💶. We didn’t live this ghost hotel, I will not recommend any of my friends to come here, and will tell them how bad the attitude of the hotel staff here is, not to give customers satisfactory service experience, such a business will not be good in future.

Tutto perfetto, una camera pulita e spaziosa, la colazione molto varia e di qualità. La posizione tranquilla, ci ritorneremo. L'unica pecca è il costo giornaliero del mio micro cagnolino.

酒店在山上，無法看湖，衹有乘坐出租車能到，走路爬山要累**。去了才知道3歲小孩還要另外收80瑞士法郎才能入住，還説他們規定衹能一個人住這個酒店，加人就要加價，他們要求必須付，不然不讓入住，跟訂房網站溝通也沒有結果。當時已經無法換酒店，衹能付款80瑞士法郎入住，多付大約640元人民幣。當時規定也沒有説小孩要付費。太坑了。這個酒店設施也很陳舊，到處臟兮兮的，千萬不要去住這個酒店。最後這個多付的80瑞士法郎，也沒有辦法退給我。唉，太坑了！
