房間大的無法想象，屬於豪華酒店，性價比超高。廚房設備齊全，在巨大的陽台上飽覽盧諾加湖光山色，對面連綿不絕的山峰像是‘’種‘’滿了房子，夜晚萬家燈火輝煌壯麗，青山綠水，紅瓦黃牆，色彩斑斕的秀麗景觀無與倫比。第二天早餐品種繁多，豐富多彩，非常好吃。我們吃了很多三文魚及各種瓜果蔬菜，讓我們喜歡的不想走。如果不是在訂房網站訂了盧塞恩的酒店我們會繼續留下來享受，如果下次再來一定會選擇這間。退房後還可以預訂酒店的車送去火車站

My dream holiday was in Villa Sassa. Incredible view. Delicious and various breakfast (also with healthy and gluten free options). Great SPA, even with group sport activities. Coach lady is very cheerful and positive. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Recommend 🙂

酒店位置很好，確實是可以看到很多的風景，唯一的問題就是酒店房間可能比較老實，其他如果不適應這種環境的話，可能不太好，其他沒什麼問題

房間非常得好，風景非常的漂亮，我住的是至尊套房，60平方公尺，價格比雙人房貴一點點，但房間很大，一個房間和還有一張1.2米小床放客廳，我們三個人出行，房間很大很方便也很乾淨，有可以自煮的電爐具，只要10美元，服務人員態度非常好這裡的早餐非常豐富，也非常的好吃！酒店有一個Spa游泳池，然後有乾蒸濕蒸兩種，還有健身房美容區應有盡有，下次還會訂這里，家人非常滿意

I booked suite room with baby. They just gave us the super far away room and the bathroom light is not working. I asked to fix it before I went to dinner 7:30pm after finish the dinner and get back to room 9pm they still not fix the lighting. It took mechanic some time to have a look but the baby need to took shower and went to bed so we have to shower with the room dim. Later they offer to change the room but told us the room is super far way from the late night!!!! When the baby already slept! The reception said they will offer some compensation. On the next day we checked out the lady in the reception is very rude! No apology and no compensation. On the rainy day I asked the shuttle service to the nearest train station, she just so rude answer with no service provided because of road closure. But if I want the Taxi she can call for the service! No logic at all. Anyway dont recommend to stay to destroy your vacation. I have the management will look into the policies.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – keine Empfehlung Wir haben ein Premium Suite für zwei Personen gebucht, doch im Zimmer waren Handtücher und andere Utensilien nur für eine Person vorbereitet. Als wir das abends beim Personal meldeten, reagierte man genervt – es wurde lediglich nur die Bademäntel nachgereicht. Am nächsten Tag, nachdem Aufräumen durch Housekeeping fehlten die Handtücher für die zweite Person immer noch. Erst nach der dritten Beschwerde wurde das Nötige gebracht – ohne jegliche Entschuldigung! Das Personal wirkt insgesamt genervt, unaufmerksam und unfreundlich. Einzig die Lage des Hotels ist positiv zu bewerten – sonst kann ich leider nur abraten.
