Terrible stay at the property. Staff is like theif. I forgot my huge sweets package at the room and after 30 min i called them about my packet. They denied completely. Then after requesting and pressurising they called me back and returned my packet. And the packet was used. Sweets were eaten. My one box was missing. What is this property marking itself dishonest and untrustworthy. If i had left some precious thing i would have never got it. The main thing for the property is trust and safety. The staff is unprofessional and greedy. Pathetic stay.

The property was recently renovated and everything felt new. The staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. I could even get help to get a car wash with the help of some unknown staff who went out of the way to find someone for it. Rooms are well done with clean linen and towels. And it's the one thing we are very particular about. No one pressured us to check out on time or even when we were one hour late in the check out. There are three restaurants and all are good. The only downside of the hotel is that it is on the main road. We usually prefer ones that are away from busy roads. But the room location was the farthest and were never noticed the road. Their rooftop restaurant is a must try.

It was a comfortable stay. Food was good at dinner as well as at breakfast. The live performance during dinner was making the whole environment very relaxed

Stay was good. Staff are helpful. Suggestion : would want to have toothbrush and tooth paste available in the washrooms.

Ambiance was very good and there is Sagar Ratna inside. Roof top restaurant is also very nice. swimming pool is there but not working only for scenic beauty.

Very pleasant and clean rooms. Good service and breakfast. Food is tasty but room service menu showed more than usual figures.

Room was quite good but i has 2 broken drawer. Which needed repair. Breakfast was very good (recommended to include with your stay) in house kitchen is bit expensive. Hotel is getting upgraded by extending the rooms
