非常差，訂個KING ROOM 竟然給雙床，告訴他搞錯了，竟然和我説can combine the beds. ****! 床單，毛巾臟兮兮，黑黑的。退房時盡然沒人，等了好久！各種的無禮和粗魯！ 談不上服務，缺少培訓。

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past ten years, and unfortunately I have noticed a decline in standards with each visit. Cleanliness requires significant improvement. The floors did not appear to have been properly vacuumed, the wallpaper in places was peeling away, and the overall condition of the room felt tired and in need of refurbishment. The service was inconsistent. Some members of staff were extremely helpful, professional, and polite, while others would benefit from further customer service training to ensure a more consistently positive guest experience.

Great stay here, the rooms were spacious, clean, and everything worked well. The breakfast was full of variety and has options for gluten free diets like idlli thosai. Staff are very kind and helpful, especially the securities, doorman, taxi, porters. However the receptionist gave us a wrong room, I booked twin and received king room, and when we requested to change, it took more than 40 mins to wait for the new room and our bags to be transferred. We didn’t even have the previous room key card anymore. The other problem is they only give you 1 card and 2 people have to juggle with it?
