Food quality was good. staff behavior was average. If we talk about the hygiene it was good. As per my view family stay can plan but not for longer days.

It was a short and comfortable stay. Pros staff is quite polite and respectful. Room was upgraded to executive. Big beds, clean toilets, all toiletries available. Staff was available 24 by 7. Food quality is also good and quantity is more than expected. Roof top restaurant is quite fancy with many picturesque spots. Cons only drawback of the place are the other committed amenities such as bowling alley, indoor games. They need to work on the ambience of the over all hotel. It was very depressing. But then it is not a 5 star or a brand. Its just a standard hotel at the outskirts of a 2 tier city. Cannot and should not expect more.

Almost every year i stay with my family in december and always find it good. The hotel is well maintained. They have family rooms too with two king size beds. The staff is co-operative and gives quick services. Food is also good

Staff was very rude and unprofessional. i entered the room without and window and smallest room possible. I requested him to give me a room with a window. but he said that there are room with a window in tbe entire hotel. then i tried to switched ON the AC b for ventilation but it was set at 18 degree. i enquired about the same, the person said that dont switch on the AC, it is only for summer. i asked him to offer me some ventilation as it was suffocating inside. but he said i am sorry we have provided you the best room we have. i paid rupee for that room and i feel i should have booked rooms. food was good. no doubt but stay was terrible. only book if you getting it at 1500 rupee.

Property is good but staff behaviour is very bad. While check out then hold at reception 10 mnt for room checking/observation, even over intercom communicated to his staff. Room check karo. Means? no behaviour and manner how to with customer. Room also very small given, same cost according more property is available in lucknow. Room no 325 check with your team. Is it right for this cost.
