Good place to stay. You can get transport easily and the market is also nearby. Food is not great but works.

The staff was friendly and polite, but i was not given toilet paper when i asked and had to pay for the bottle of water. The most unpleasant thing i found was the smell in the room due to the water seeping into the wall to the hallway when showering. The paint is peeling and efflorescence is visible on the brickwork. The bed linen was dirty and not washed properly.

Review: "i had a deeply distressing experience with this app during an already heartbreaking time. I had booked a hotel through this platform, but unfortunately, i had to cancel due to the sudden demise of my father. Despite explaining the situation and providing necessary documentation, the customer support team showed no empathy or flexibility. They refused to cooperate or provide any assistance in rescheduling or refunding the booking. It was incredibly disappointing to face such insensitivity during a family tragedy. A little understanding and support from the company could have made a big difference, but their rigid policies and lack of compassion made an already painful time even worse. I would not recommend using this app if you're looking for customer service that values humanity and understanding"

The facilities are very bad. The staff is very rude and as we had booked we got flexible check in time from 6 am to 8 am.But the staff refused to accept it even though we showed them the booking confirmation status and messages which we had received through WhatsApp and mail.The manager charged me 700 rupees extra because I checked in at the wrong time and according to the manager, I had to check in at 12 pm. The staff and manager have very bad behaviour with the guests. Very bad service.

Poor services with respect to the food. Telephone was not working. Rooms are not airy. Won't recommend the hotel. Charged extra 500 as i checked in at 9am though i had to leave at 12am. Will not repeat for sure.
