The quality of room was terrible, food quality terrible, cleaning terrible. In last 12 years this the worst experience i had. And the support received was horrible, i was forced to stay in same hotel because owner refused to refund. Room condition horrible, Room cleaning horrible, Food quality horrible, support horrible

Hotel room was good and good investment might have made, but maintenance is awful. The hotel room doesn't look like from a hotel in lucknow, but from some tier 3 city hotel. Will avoid that in future!

Hotel building is average but staff is pathetic and non responsive. Housekeeping takes hours to provide basics. Even mug was missing in room. Very poor hospitability. Avoid this property

This place is right on the main road. Limited car parking is available. Rooms: it needs massive renovation. Very poorly maintained. Cupboards etc need to be made better, lavatory seats are broken. Staff: they are very welcoming and accommodating to your requests. I was offered a free room upgrade at no cost. Food: it's okay but priced higher. I liked the noodles, pane-er butter aloo kulcha. Overall, it was a decent visit. I didn't get the room keys until the second day of my visit but the staff didn't let me have issues that might arise out of it.

Regrettably, I cannot recommend Hotel Cosmos based on my experience. The lack of cleanliness, non-functional geyser, and dirty bed sheets made for an uncomfortable and disappointing stay. I hope the hotel management takes these issues seriously to improve the overall guest experience in the future…

Nicely managed and coordinated 訂房網站. Regularly updating the status of flight with its gate number for boarding and landing. Ifelt as if family members is taking care always like a baby.
