Quiet location and very safe & secure parking. Food and customer service was excellent. Room facilities were a little aged and bathroom need a service, but overall a great stay.

lovely hotel and very hospitable staff...room is very clean n hygienic..well mantain furniture n all...Staff is very helping n kind in nature in when i felt Night health issue cold n fever they provide me Medicine for emergency its very helpful.. Highly recommend it to stay in budget friendly tooms near lulu moll..Sure i’ll visit again. 👍

very nice hotel with beautiful rooms and delicious food from the restaurant they have a very beautiful lobby and aesthetically maintained building with ample space

I have added food at the time of booking, as given in the booking option, but at the time of check out, the full bill for the food is added, That' means you pay for the food twice. Request to hotel staff You need to work for the same .

Hotel amenities were not up to the mark as bedsheets was dirty and glass utensils were dirty as well they didn't even provide washroom slippers. Over all not satisfied with the amenities.

Basic facilities were not available like towel and tea maker. Breakfast had only one option after waiting for atleast 2 hour. Very disappointed with the location. Very disappointed with the location
