    it was the old building under new management. The hotel is in reconstruction, and they should not take the booking at this stage. We were first provided with the room in which the toilet flush was not working. later, we were shifted to another room in which there was no bolt in the bathroom, and at night, the exhaust of the room fell off. we were terrified to use that. The hotel had a casual approach to the whole matter.

    There was no signs of board or placard available for recognition. Travel-led 15 mnts extra to find the hotel. Called reception several times. Nobody responded. No tv was in my room. Second night ac wire was short circuited and fire came. Called reception. Nobody came for help. Second night slept without ac more than me my family suffered.

    stay was good staff was very cooperative and calm.. thing that din't like is they dnt provide bath towels they provide hand towels even for bath..

    it’s a very pleasant property with spacious rooms. i’m room service is good. location is excellent for gomti nagar area. however being close to the road there is lot of traffic noise and light with comes

    All Staff Behaviour very good Food quality very good property is the prime location The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions."
