Room size was small, my room was booked without complimentary breakfast which was a dis-satisfactory exercise. I hope it will not happen in any future stay. Rest every thing was ok. Regards

Workable only. Room is furnished but power sockets are all not operational. Toilet is lacking in provision of toiletries.

We stayed for 2 days. Property is neat and clean. Decent rooms. Buffet breakfast was ok. Housekeeping needs to be improved. They have a high response time.

Staff was very helpful and polite, room was tastefully decorated and properly cleaned. All toiletries were placed properly. In restaurant also eating stuff was delicious. Tea was also having excellent taste.

The room requested was for non smoking, but what was provided was filled with smell of cigarette smoke. Otherwise, the accommodation was ok.

The property has seen better days. I have been staying at this property since october 2018. Must have stayed close to about a dozen times. The walls had paint peeling off and looked like it’s a home to fungus. The toiletries have have been completely done away with. The electric kettle lid comes off easily and the less i speak about the gray towel ( supposed to be white. There was some carpentry and maintenance work going on in the afternoon and this definitely needs to be stopped especially when the rooms are all sold out. Definitely not worth the amount they charge. Needs a complete overhaul.

They had mentioned they have Gym but they said it not functional. You have to requesting for hot water and keep eating it takes hours to switch on the hot water .. if you in hurry you can never make it on time anywhere after a hot water bath. The housekeeping cleans the floor with the same towel that they gave us and take it back .. you cannot trust the new towel that way 😂😂 You will keep getting call in your room from other rooms and even the staff called the room late night accidentally.

The hotel could have done a lot better .. the people at reception are all in control and don’t even wish you even if you wish them … they act as if they are the bosses and they don’t need the customer in the premises. Rest all the staff where ok except for all them demanding for tips every now and then I guess that’s cultural there. They had seven days they could have done a lot better. I am sad for their lost chance for customer service.
