Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room was not clean upon arrival, which was the first red flag. There was a persistent unpleasant smell in the room, likely due to water seepage from the ceiling, and visible signs of dampness on the walls added to the discomfort. For the price I paid, I expected a far better standard in terms of cleanliness and overall room quality. The condition of the room simply didn’t match the cost, making the stay feel like poor value for money. Would not recommend unless major improvements are made.

Hotel is conveniently located near hazratganj area and sahara mall. One can easily walk to the market area and lots of street food, restaurant and shopping places are in close proximity. The breakfast is amazing with varieties of choices. The staff both in reception and in restaurant are very nice , humble and decent.

Stay was good Food was delicious the only thing I didn't like is in night employess from HK and F&B ringing the bell for XYZ reason but i didnt felt safe because as a single lady in the room if i have not called you for anything why someone is coming.

The staff's behavior is quite rude, and the room service is unsatisfactory. The cleanliness is lacking, as the room is very dirty, and the reception staff also exhibit rude behavior. I requested a room change, and then I received a call from reception stating that the room change would not be possible and that I should cancel my booking. I checked in at 10 PM and they are suggesting that I cancel my booking and find another hotel.
