It was great staying in this hotel. The staff were some of the best I’ve come across – so polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was nice, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The overall experience felt warm and welcoming, making it a place I’d definitely recommend to others.

We had booked Renaissance via 訂房網站 and the hotel hospitality was worth appreciation. The breakfast lunch and dinner were a treat to taste buds. The staff was cooperative regarding any service demanded. It's a place worth coming again...

Excellent stay with super friendly staff on front desk, house keeping n restaurant. Breakfast was awesome and scenery from 14th floor is incredible. Highly recommend this property to stay and enjoy. Specially two Manipur girls in restaurant. Another person is Piyush. Aman and Junaid were very helpful. Checking was smooth. Suggest to given carpeted rooms during winters. Thank you for upgrading me to Executive room.

I had a truly wonderful five-day stay at the Renaissance Lucknow Hotel. The staff were incredibly caring and attentive, always making sure I felt comfortable and well looked after. The room was spotless, the facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect with a beautiful city view. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices. Every detail showed professionalism and warmth — it really felt like home away from home. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!
