    Very bad cleanliness worst quality food and literally no service. Horrific experience in the hotel. Police interrogation was also going on in the premises which created trouble to me other guests too

    The stay was very good clean rooms excellent staff and very good location. Easy availability of auto and cars from the location and great eateries in the surrounding

    The stay at urban stays (lal kothi) was pleasant. The location, atmosphere is very nice. Only unpleasant thing was there was no proper ventilation to our room and a lot of disturbance from staff on the side of windows at late night. Complimentary breakfast was also okay. Overall it was a good experience.

    We had a great stay at urban stays ( lal kothi). The atmosphere of the stay is really nice. Though our room was spacious but there was no proper ventilation to the room and a lot of disturbance from the other side by staff. There was kitchen and laundry clothes area which was very noisy. Overall it was good experience outside the room.

    Building is the main attraction, room was decent , need to take care about cleanliness, but the main thing is the service, it was very nice, staffs are very good.

    Room was spacious n clean breakfast was nice centrally located but the room freshener they used was pretty bad n soap n towels were not good.

    The staff was cordial and cooperative. They ensured we felt at home with everything. The faciliteis offered were decent and anyone coming for a short stay should visit them.
